The Equity Studies Students’ Union would like to welcome all students, staff, administration and community members to the unions 2011-2012 term. Every year  we have seen the increasing success of the union and the tremendous growth of our events and we would like to start off the year by saying thank you and that we hope to continue receiving this support from the community which has made these successes possible. The union is excited to be continuing our annual events but as well eager to plan and put on new events. We are committed to providing increased support to our students, both academic and extracurricular, and to providing a space of critical inquiry where ideas can be shared, discussed and can grow. So come out to events, come meet the members, get involved in the union and lets make this another successful year!
